Craniosacral Therapist — Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of Craniosacral Therapy services by Ewa Laskowska (“I”, “me”, “my”). By booking a treatment you agree to be bound by these terms.
Fees and Payment
Current treatment fees are displayed on the website. Fees are subject to review.
Cancellation
You may cancel or reschedule your appointment at any time up to 24 hours before your session. You can do this directly by contacting me at [email protected]. If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, you will be charged the full session fee. Exceptions may be made in cases of emergency.
Cancellation by Me
I will endeavour to honour all confirmed appointments. If I need to cancel, I will give you as much notice as possible and you will receive a full refund of any fee paid or a rescheduled appointment at your preference.
Health Information and Suitability
Before your first appointment you will be asked to complete a health intake form. It is your responsibility to provide accurate and complete information about your health, medical conditions, medications, and any other relevant circumstances.
You must inform me of any changes to your health between sessions.
I reserve the right to decline to provide or to discontinue treatment if, in my professional judgement, it is not appropriate or safe to do so. If treatment is declined or discontinued for this reason, any fee paid for that session will be refunded.
Nature of Treatment
Craniosacral Therapy is a complementary therapy. It does not constitute medical diagnosis, treatment, or cure, and is not a substitute for medical advice or care from a qualified healthcare professional.
If you have any concerns about your health, I recommend you consult your GP or appropriate medical specialist.
Liability
I accept no liability for any adverse reaction, or outcome arising from inaccurate or incomplete health information provided by you.
ELCraniosacral shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages, loss of personal items, or injuries that occur during your visit to the clinic, or as a result of using this website.
